A security deposit is collected to cover damages. Normal wear and tear is understandable, but any damage resulting from negligence will be deducted from your security deposit. An inspection will occur after your check-out, and if everything is in order, you'll receive a full refund of your security deposit. In case of any damages, we will contact you to discuss the repair costs. Please treat our property with care, much like you would your own, so that we can maintain high-quality accommodations for future guests.
